Biography:
Kimberly is focused on Youth volunteer service, Curriculum design and instructional planning, Marine science education, Student and community engagement.
Kimberly leads engaging programs that help young learners connect with marine science and conservation. Drawing on more than three decades of experience as an elementary educator, she enjoys turning complex ideas into hands-on, age-appropriate lessons that spark curiosity and confidence in students. Originally a classroom teacher in New York, Kimberly was drawn to Mote’s mission and the opportunity to blend her passions for teaching, the ocean, and lifelong learning in a more informal, experience-based setting.
